Went in for service on my 2008 Rav 4, and drove off the same day in a new 2012 Rav 4. While waiting for service, decided to check into a new vehicle. I was greeted immediately by my salesperson, Randy Sa same day in a new 2012 Rav 4. While waiting for service, decided to check into a new vehicle. I was greeted immediately by my salesperson, Randy Salter. Not only was Randy very friendly, he was able to work with me to get the deal I wanted. I was able to find the color and features I love about the Rav 4 on the lot, which saved me a lot of time. After we came to a financial agreement, I then met with the Finance person, Chris Haverstick. Chris went over all the financials, and I was able to get an extended warranty on my new vehicle. In total, I received "0%" financing for 5 yrs, a 5-yr. 100,000 mile warranty, a personal assistant (Toyocare), free maintenance for 3 yrs, and a sales team that met and exceeded my expectations. Best of all, my payment is within eight dollars of my old payment! I now have a NEW car, with basically the same payment. How can anyone pass that up!! Will be seeing Toyota West in the future for my entire family's car needs. More

I rate Toyota West as great because the experience was awesome. I spent all day looking at cars and waiting, and waiting, only to be turned down. It took these guys, maybe an hour, maybe.
