I was recently in a serious wreck that totaled my vehicle. I can say with absolute certainty that my previous Highlander saved my life. My fiance and I went back to Toyota West to purchase another vehicle. I can say with absolute certainty that my previous Highlander saved my life. My fiance and I went back to Toyota West to purchase another Highlander. Cordell and Son were absolutly wonderful! They had options for me ready to go as soon as I arrived. Even though I had already owned a Highlander, Cordell gave me the opportunity to test drive the newer model. I was again very pleased with the vehicle. I wanted a certain package (Limited/Elite) and they did not have one available on the lot - but that didn't stop them - within minutes they had sent someone to another dealership 2 hours away to pick up the car of my choice. The paperwork was easy and painless - I have had past experiences with other manufacturers where it was the exact opposite. Everyone listened to my needs and my wants and there was never any pressure on me to choose otherwise. One gentleman even stayed late to make sure my car was detailed and inspected before handing the keys over to me. Cordell and Sun help me set up my bluetooth and my Toyoguard. Everyone went above and beyond their responsibilities and were happy to do so. This is the second car I personally have purchased from Toyota West - Our family and close friends have purchased a total of 6 vehicles from this dealership in the last few years.
