Harmony was able to loan a similar vehicle to me for 24 hours to ensure I wanted to purchase the vehicle. They arranged for the specific color I wanted to be delivered, pricing was fair and easy to negotiate. I test drove a similar vehicle on Friday, my vehicle was delivered on Monday, and I drove away in my 2016 VW Golf Sports Wagon by Monday afternoon. While I was waited on my vehicle to get washed, waxed, and fully fueled, Chris Nelson walked me through every word of the 0% financing agreement and Brent taught me every thing about my new car from front bummer to rear end. My car needed to cool down overnight and staff gave us hotel and restaurant recommendations and drove us to hotel. Car ready in a.m. and we were picked up from hotel. 20,000 mile check Took my Tiguan in for oil change and 20,000 mile check which included tire rotation.
