Having bought over 10 higher end cars (Porsche 911, BMW M's, Cadillac etc) in the past 7 years, my experience with a sales person has never been as pleasant than it has been with Keith. Firstly, Keith contacted me immediately after my true car to help me find the right car. While i wasn't ready at that time to commit, he met my price points i was looking for. Some weeks went by and Keith called me last week to inform me that he had a Golf R that just came in and that would be a great buy. They really do make the extra effort to make the car sales process a little less arduous and more enjoyable. I was very pleased to see how knowledgeable my sales person was when I had specific questions about engine / transmission availability and the difference between the different trim packages for my vehicle. I have to give a shout out to Verlinda in the internet sales office, she was a blast to work with and has a fantastic personality and demeanor that would put anyone at ease during the sales process. Also, I can attest that the banks and lenders that Southern States VW works with can deliver excellent results. I went into the dealership not knowing if I could be approved for traditional bank financing due to some credit issues, and wouldn't you know it, the finance department was able to pull a rabbit out of their hat and they got me financed with more than reasonable loan terms considering what my credit situation is.
