I very rarely write a review but wanted to share the positive experience I had with Mark in the service department. He was the only person in 5 months to be able to obtain a Taos headlight for me. We connected with Flow in 2018 to lease our VW and had the pleasure of working with Nick Boggs and Traci Hitchcock. Both of these individuals worked tirelessly at the time secure our vehicle. Flashforward to 2022 and lease turn in and again Traci went above and beyond to work with us. While we chose to leave VW we stayed within the Flow family. I was greeted by Jody Luman within minutes after I had arrived. I told her that I wanted to take advantage of the zero down lease special on the Tiguan. Within minutes we located a Tiguan, took it for a t arrived. I told her that I wanted to take advantage of the zero down lease special on the Tiguan. Within minutes we located a Tiguan, took it for a test drive, and did the paperwork. She even cleaned out my rental car and had it returned to the car rental store. She also had my new car looking bright and shiny! Great experience thanks to Jody!!! More
