I found this 2009 Subaru Tribeca online and I liked the look and price of it so I came all the way from Townsend, MA to check it out. We met Jason right away and as I went to the restroom he pulled up the look and price of it so I came all the way from Townsend, MA to check it out. We met Jason right away and as I went to the restroom he pulled up the car for us. We went on a test drive and I talked with my family about it. As I am a new graduate from college I was a little nervous about making such a big purchase but both he and the manager were very helpful and put my at ease. The decision was all mine but I felt like they were helpful in the process. They got me a great deal on a loan as well and I got to drive it home that day. The only part I didn't like was that I was going to have them mail me the money to get it inspected but Jason said he was going to have them detail my car if I came down to inspect it, so I came down the next day, he got it inspected and that was it. And he left so quickly that I couldn't ask him about it. I wouldn't have minded but Townsend to Shrewsbury is a good distance (50 minutes and 35 miles). I just wish that the service post-buying my car was as good as pre-buying my car. More

They have extremely knowledgable and capable BMW mechanics who I've learned to instill much trust in. The staff there is also great. Kevin, the service manager, is a very respectful and professional person. It isn't much but he remembered my name in a short while which helps you feel a bit more important! I'm always greeted with a pretty smile from the lovely young service consultant Tanana. Working with her is a pleasure as she is very responsive when it comes to scheduling an appointment, picking my car up, setting up a loaner, or if I just have a question. She certainly eases the stress about having a problem with my car. On top of it all, they always wash your car and vacuum the interior before letting you drive away. More
