You would think because it's the dealership that they would be able to better service your vehicle but thats absolutely not true. This place is a rip off!!! They have had my vehicle for over a month, ive went to pick it up twice all but to turn around and take it back for the same issue. Because I pay into insurance that allows me to have jobs done at a flat rate price, this place takes it upon themselves to inflate prices and add unnecessary jobs to get the highest payout from the insurance company. This has happened one too many times and now my insurance company has an open investigation into Folsom Buick GMC...BEWARE!!! More

Every time we call them, we get the run around and no one will call us back. Also, there was a chip in the door that occurred on their showroom floor before we purchased the car. They said they'd fix it. Well.... it looks like a third grader used putty and a sharpie. It's horrible!!!!!We've filed a formal complaint to GMC Corporate. Fingers crossed we get a better response from them. More

30,000 Service It was time for my 30,000 mile service on my Enclave. I called the guys in service, got a day and time, and they set me up for a courtesy rental for the day which was greatly appreciated. I brought it in early and they had it out the door before lunch. As usual, the guys at Folsom Buick GMC Service department make the entire experience; simple, efficient and they do great work as well. Heck, it was even a couple dollars under the estimate which is always appreciated. I would highly recommend their service team for your car. Joe Manos More
