I contacted the internet sales manager and set up a time for me to come and purchase the truck. He was waiting for me when I arrived with the truck all ready for me. The process went smooth...just paperwo for me to come and purchase the truck. He was waiting for me when I arrived with the truck all ready for me. The process went smooth...just paperwork and back and forth always is more painful than I feel necessary. I feel I got the short end of the deal with my trade in, they wouldn't accept a price that was close to online searches for a similar vehicle. They focused on how much they would have to pay to get the car ready for sale... new tires, a few small dents which in their eyes brought down the price by about $5,000. Which I feel is unreasonable. I ultimately accepted but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Needless if they would just accept fair market value. The good news is that the end of the year incentives were enough to make me go ahead with the deal. If I could go back in time and do it again, I would have sold my vehicle at Carmax or similar place to get a much better deal. More
