It was a great experience working with this dealership and Dana Tucker. My daughter didn't have a bunch of salesman waiting outside like vultures to pounce upon us. My name is Brian and I live in Elk Grove. I found the truck I wanted on the internet at Folsom Chevrolet. I talked to Salesman, Russ Brainard, on the phone. I told him I liked the truck I saw on the inte truck I wanted on the internet at Folsom Chevrolet. I talked to Salesman, Russ Brainard, on the phone. I told him I liked the truck I saw on the internet. We talked about what I wanted to pay for the truck and how much I was willing to make as a down payment. When I arrived, the truck was ready for a test drive. Russ made me feel right at ease. After the test drive, we met with Mr. Retter, the assistant manager, to worked the numbers with me and my family. He got me the car I wanted with a low interest rate and monthly payment I could afford. Finally, we closed the deal with the finance manager. I was very impressed with the process from beginning to end. I wish everyone's car buying experience could be as friendly and smooth as my experience. Also, their gap insurance and warranty coverage plan is fantastic and a must have for any new or used car buyer. Thanks Folsom Chevrolet! I called Sean before purchasing the last vehicle and told him what we were looking for and what monthly payments we could afford. I even told him the color. The temperature was over 100 degrees that day. When we arrived he had several vehicles at the side door for us to look at. The first one he had selected and recommended met all our requirements, down to the color. We drove it, loved it, bought it. Didn't even look at the others.
