Upon arriving, I was greeted promptly but felt no pressure to have a salesperson with me while I looked. We sort of knew what we wanted but still wanted to check other makes and models. Paul explained that he was fairly new, so he introduced us to a very experienced sales person(I can't remember his, and I don't know why). We came back a few different times, and Paul was always there to assist. I like how they broke down the price showing what exactly we are paying for. They were very clear that they wanted our business, but we never felt any pressure to buy at any time. When it came to financing, the process was smooth with no unexpected surprises. I will definitely go back, because the staff at Folsom Chevrolet are friendly but not patronizing or phony. More

Our dealings with Folsom Chevrolet have consistently given us a remarkably pleasant and satisfaction filled experience in the past, and this recent transaction did not fail to meet those expectations. Fred Sahami was an excellent sales representative, taking the time to understand what we were trying to accomplish, and then following through to the end of the transaction, while making us feel quite at home. We never encountered any undue pressure, and always felt he was acting in our best interest. The same can be said of Becky O'Leary as she guided us through the finalization of our paperwork. She also was the true professional, and left us assured we had come to the correct conclusions for our needs.
