I like when I make an online appointment i know who my service writer will be before I get there, this seems to make the process smooth even when quite a few other people are waiting. service writer will be before I get there, this seems to make the process smooth even when quite a few other people are waiting. Folsom Chevy wanted an additional $450 to diagnos computer plus unable to reprogram original and new key fob. Cost was $355 for failed programming. Folsom Chevy wanted an additional $450 to diagnos computer plus any additional parts that may be needed and could not guarantee fix. Went to competor and they reprogrammed 2 fobs within an hour for $150. The issue had nothing to due with the computer. I am not happy with Folsom Chevy to say the least. I'll be back to talk with their operations service manager to see how they can make this right. More
Have had good service on 22 Bolt EUV with recent exception. Seems they had a “bad day “. Took 48 hrs to reprogram the computer on a recall and rotate tires. Did not return wheel lock key to car and exception. Seems they had a “bad day “. Took 48 hrs to reprogram the computer on a recall and rotate tires. Did not return wheel lock key to car and thankfully delivered it later to my house. Will double check next time. Tire rotation went from $20 to $30 since previous service. Communication with service advisor was not seemless as in past. I will give them another chance to do better. I had to reset all my custom settings. More
My husband negotiated a deal with this dealership (over the phone) to trade his 2023 Corvette z06 for a Tahoe. When my husband arrived, the dealer wanted $12,000 more than what was agreed upon. When my hus the phone) to trade his 2023 Corvette z06 for a Tahoe. When my husband arrived, the dealer wanted $12,000 more than what was agreed upon. When my husband asked for his keys and began to walk out, the sales manager (Will) began to work himself up and made a scene in front of a store full of customers. In an effort to avoid escalating tensions, my husband did not say a word as he made his way towards the door. Will then shouted “your keys are on the table” when my husband had already exited the store. Thankfully, another employee brought the keys out to my husband, which helped him avoid further verbal abuse from Will. I would encourage the GM (and owner) of this dealership to review this incident, and perhaps cc footage of Will’s behavior. Actions to correct Will’s behavior in a professional setting are probably warranted. More
