Upon arriving, I was greeted promptly but felt no pressure to have a salesperson with me while I looked. We sort of knew what we wanted but still wanted to check other makes and models. Paul explained that he was fairly new, so he introduced us to a very experienced sales person(I can't remember his, and I don't know why). We came back a few different times, and Paul was always there to assist. I like how they broke down the price showing what exactly we are paying for. They were very clear that they wanted our business, but we never felt any pressure to buy at any time. When it came to financing, the process was smooth with no unexpected surprises. I will definitely go back, because the staff at Folsom Chevrolet are friendly but not patronizing or phony. More
