Danniel was a very pleasant and knowledgeable sales person. He did all that could be expected. I had a concern with a safety item which the sales staff was un-willing to fix until a week later and pr person. He did all that could be expected. It took 2 extra hour long trips to their dealership for the service writer to actually take the care and concern that should have been handled prior to the car being put on the lot for sale.
