He makes sure you are given a ride if needed when your vehicle is being serviced. Ron let’s you know up front if there are any unforeseen issues other than what it was brought in for. Fred Sahami treated me with compassion and respect. Roger Kan who I signed papers with was obviously skilled and 100% prepared when it was time to sign all the papers. I research for days to find the right car for my needs and my priority was comfort and price, the economy has affected me along with every other American. I kept returning to Folsom Chevrolet as they were very happy to meet all my needs and they listened to me when I explained what the needs were. other dealerships pretended to listen to me and they attempted to sell me a car that was not going work for me; I felt ignored at these places.
