I reached out based on the online inventory and a particular vehicle. I was fortunate enough to get a response from Nazar. He was extremely helpful and quick to get back to me. We arranged a time to make the hour plus drive to the dealership. We were able to take it out and decided it wasn't what we were looking for. We asked him to see if he had a different option. He was able to locate another one with the options we wanted, took it for a drive and said that was it. We worked on getting to a good place on the price and the trade-in. Given prior commitments, had to come back the next day and wrap it up. It took a bit of time to do all the paperwork (as usual) but got it done. The truck was washed, filled with gas and we were handed the keys. It was such a great experience and so easy. Always love going through the internet sales and appreciated Nazar's professionalism, responsiveness and great attitude. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Folsom Lake Ford and will be back again. More

Brought in for a recall annd had a great experience. Part had to be ordered, but they let me know as soon as it anrrived. By far best dealer I’ve worked with in the area, and have now worked with several large ones. Will be using Folsom Lake Ford for service from now on, although they are a bit out of my way. More
