The service attendants came to my vehicle within 1 - 2 minutes upon my arrival to greet me and discuss what I was there for. I was about 10 minutes late for my 9:00 AM oil change. I really enjoy working with my service advisor. I feel like a VIP every time. I have been a customer for over 10 years now and am on my second Ford.
