Went to another dealer first and was told I would have to wait over six weeks for an appointment. Immediately went to Folsom Lake Ford and was given a more reasonable 11 day out appointment. After scheduling the appointment, I talked to service writer, Dave Laughlin, he said he would be in that Saturday (only two days out) and so would a mechanic that deals with their electric vehicles. Came back 2 days later and had the service done - problem fixed. Really appreciate the extra effort on Dave's part and the dealer's ability to get me in sooner, More
