I couldn't be more disappointed. I brought my car in for 2 recall service. I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance. I made my appointment online. I was able to reserve the shuttle o I brought my car in for 2 recall service. I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance. I made my appointment online. I was able to reserve the shuttle online. They called me about 1.5 hours after my appointment started and told me they couldn't do anything on my car because they didn't have the parts. They told me they would call when the parts arrived. They knew for 2 weeks I was coming in for recall service. They still haven't called and it's been almost 2 weeks since my "appointment". More
