Great service, Gabe was awesome and I love how he wasn't pushy like some of the other dealerships we dealt with prior to making our purchase at folsom ford. Disappointed in service on my recently bought Ford f250 which is now just under 2 weeks old and only 1100 miles. Experienced check engine light a week after purchase l. Brought it in to be fixed. It was fi which is now just under 2 weeks old and only 1100 miles. Experienced check engine light a week after purchase l. Brought it in to be fixed. It was fixed or the light was cleared. And 2 days later same check engine light on. Extremely frustrated. More

I used the remote service option to have my Maverick software recall handled and it was a great experience! Paige Davis set everything up for me and the rest was on auto pilot.
