A big Thank YOU to Dave, Syrus, and Jeff from "Future Nissan of Folsom!" Dave was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. After meeting Dave, he introduced us to a young man named Syrus, who assis Nissan of Folsom!" Dave was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. After meeting Dave, he introduced us to a young man named Syrus, who assisted us in finding our son's first car. Syrus was so very helpful in helping with our selection. He was very knowledgeable about each vehicle we looked at. Syrus did not rush us through our selection process; he was very patient with us and took his time to understand what we wanted and needed for our son's first car. Syrus respected what was important to us as a family. He also remembered the children's names and hung out with them while we worked with Jeff on finalizing the paperwork for the car. Jeff was also very friendly and didn't rush us through signing our paperwork. Buying this car was not like a business transaction; it felt like a family visit.
