I was sorry to learn Nicole had left for other opportunities, but Drew stepped in to be my service advisor. I went in for routine maintenance. Addison was great and he felt the same way about the technicians reason for the vibration at the front-end of my truck. The tech said the vibration was due to faulty lugnuts? Faulty lugnuts! xxx? I'm looking at Addison he's shaking his head I'm like well so what this is warranty work . Fix my truck. They wanted me to buy a set of lugnuts for 200 bucks then put them on myself and bring the truck back so they can take another look. I have no time I gotta work I got a job to do I got my kids to drive to school ! Meanwhile the vibration is getting worse everyday, they still haven't fixed the issue the haven't even reached out. Why can't you guys just fix my truck which is the second one I've bought. Faulty lugnuts! It's warranty work FIX MY TRUCK ! More
