Javier and the master tech who worked on my car were super helpful. When diagnosing my misfire, they swapped my intake back and forth an extra time to 100% confirm the issue, which I very much apprec super helpful. Javier went above and beyond for us! He offered us a good deal on an expensive service, then was honest when our car actually needed a less expensive service. With the exception of major maintenance items, I am no longer going to be taking my car to the dealer for service. Paying hundreds of dollars of an oil change is ridiculous and there are other options tha longer going to be taking my car to the dealer for service. Paying hundreds of dollars of an oil change is ridiculous and there are other options that are doing the same service for a fraction of the price. I'm also disappointed that there was note for a part breaking in the car and no schedule to follow up and issue the repair. My vehicle has an extended warranty and choosing not to schedule the repair seems like a choice to try and run down the warranty and just charge more for the repair. It telegraphs as unethical and makes me question if I should continue bringing the car in for any service at all. More

I recently purchased a used car from another dealer, I needed to have a baseline as to what needed to be done so I needed an inspection. My service advisor was extremely helpful in getting me services tha needed to have a baseline as to what needed to be done so I needed an inspection. My service advisor was extremely helpful in getting me services that will prolong the life of my car. I found the location to be clean and well organized. I found the service advisor to be truthful in their assessment as to how long it would take to be there. Overall I had a good experience and I will recommend this service provider to family and friends for future service. More
