Went From Tears of Despair to Tears of Joy I started searching for a vehicle back in March of this year. There are some issues on my credit but I was in dire need of getting a newer vehicle whe I started searching for a vehicle back in March of this year. There are some issues on my credit but I was in dire need of getting a newer vehicle whether brand-new or used. I can't tell you the countless times that I left a dealership in tears because they would always lie about the price we negotiated on and do anywhere from a $3-4k mark-up. But after a long day of endless searching from dealership to dealership, shady salesmen, flooded vehicles to pass as clean vehicles; my brother called Fontana Nissan and spoke to Danny Truong and basically asked him the price on a Nissan Rogue and to make sure that when we got there that the price would not change. Danny was straight up and although I didn't walk away with the Rogue, he helped me get into a Kicks which was fine with me. The environment there at Fontana Nissan was very jovial. The sales reps walked around with genuine smiles on their faces and even the General Manager Mr. Frank Bachman stopped by to say hello. He was very pleasant. It was about a 2 day event for me but well worth it. I appreciate Oscar and Danny fighting to get me into a vehicle. I am extremely happy and cried a little when I got to ring the bell. Even Eric Bonilla the gentleman in finance had all of us cracking up while I signed my life away. Finally, my vehicle search had ended. Thank you so much Fontana Nissan! More
