Great and happy! I was very pleased to find the car I was dreaming about but not sure I could own. The sales staff was professional. Unhappy Arrived early for an appt, was good staff would be advised I would wait...i could see work area, my vehicle wasn"t brought in until 1 1/2 hrs after I' Arrived early for an appt, was good staff would be advised I would wait...i could see work area, my vehicle wasn"t brought in until 1 1/2 hrs after I'd already been there then it was parked in work area for 30 mins before work was actually started....In total I was there 2 1/2hrs, when actual work only took about 30mins....Not happy for first time service n first Nissan purchase....Hope this isn't the norm.... Best Car Shopping Experience Ever!! ☆☆☆☆☆ Fontana Nissan and it's employees are like my second family and home. This is the best place to shop for your vehicle. Why? Because 1. From start Fontana Nissan and it's employees are like my second family and home. This is the best place to shop for your vehicle. Why? Because 1. From start to finish we were welcomed and treated with so much respect. We had people opening doors for us and everyone was very cheerful and kind. 2. Alfonso, our sales person made sure we really felt at home and comfortable at all times. He brought exactly the car we were looking for up to the front so we didn't even have to walk to the car lot. As soon as we set foot in the car he explained with very fine details all the features of the car and then walked us back in to the lobby where we were offered cold refreshments. From left to right we were being treated very nice and even got a free dinner from Victor from Internet Sales during our paperwork since it started getting late and almost during closing time. I want to thank everyone at Fontana Nissan, especially Juan Ortiz, Victor Osornio and Alfonso (The 3 Amigos) who made it happen for us and for all your kind gestures during our visit, the three of them made our shopping experience the best we've ever had! More
