I was never passed off to someone else. I truley received personal attention. I got a great car at a great price. I also puchased an optional accessory and it was installed the very next day. I love that I didn't have to wait for the part to be ordered and arrive. Michael in the service department also provided excellent service. This is a top notch dealership. I visited the Nissan dealership to purchase a vehicle. I was promptly met by Franklin Nunez. He had a very likeable and ambitious personality. He showed me a plethora of different cars until we found something that I was satisfied with. I did not feel rushed or sense any agitation from Franklin Nunez when it came to finding the perfect car. I had the feeling that it was just as important to him as it was to me. He treated me and my family with great respect, and made us all feel equally welcomed. We worked with him for about 9 hours (like I said, I was trying to find the perfect car for me) and not once did he lose his professional manner and warm hospitality. When I finally did purchase the car, he was there to greet me with a warm smile and my keys. He even washed my moms car before we pulled off the lot. Needless to say, I would DEFINITELY refer Franklin Nunez at Fontana Nissan to ALL of my family and friends...even strangers! Went in recently to purchase a brand new truck. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE I was looking to buy a new Nissan Frontier, So I visited a different dealership first. (Metro Nissan) and believe me , the experience there was not e I was looking to buy a new Nissan Frontier, So I visited a different dealership first. (Metro Nissan) and believe me , the experience there was not even close to being acceptable. They promised me they would get the truck I wanted in a couple hours, well they kept me there for seven hours and finally told me that the truck I wanted was not available,(after receiving my down payment) then they told me I had to pick a color on their lot because that's what was available and they only sold the vehicles that the manufacturer sent them, that they could not order anymore colors if I wanted to get the color of my preference that I would have to wait a year or more, I called Fontana Nissan a couple days day after visiting the other ghetto place. I spoke to internet manager (Lisa Salsedo). who was very understanding of what I wanted, sure enough after telling her what I wanted she told me that the color I wanted was very hard to get, but that she would order it for me and that it would arrive to the dealership within 2 months..(special order) she called me two weeks later to give me the good news that she had received the truck. when I arrived to the dealership and finally met Lisa, And Morty, a floor salesperson who was also very helpful courteous and knowledgeable about all the Nissan line up. He is an excellent person and sales consultant. I was treated with respect, courtesy and professionalism. the process was quick and easy. And I received the vehicle that I wanted.
