Bad customer service period! I recently visiting fontana nissan after speaking with Joseph over the phone. When I arrived I was greeted by Armando. I asked for Joseph and he advis I recently visiting fontana nissan after speaking with Joseph over the phone. When I arrived I was greeted by Armando. I asked for Joseph and he advised he was going to get him. After a few mins joseph comes and stands behind the glass door entrance. Finally he comes out and just stares. Armando had to ask him twice to say hi to me. Joseph finally comes over and says...any questions? Wow! What a jerk! Later i entered the showroom to negotiate prices. Leon came out presented me an offer that I did not want to take. He advised he was going to come back after he ask what I wanted to pay. We'll that wasn't true. He sent Phil over to see if he can close me. Long story short we couldn't agree on a selling price so i got up and left. On the way out of the showroom Phil walks back to his office shouting out sarcastic and rude comments about me while I was still in the show room. With rude employees that think they can treat their potential clients anyway they want or say anything they want I will never give fontana nissan my business nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. More

They Delivered! I've been in the market for a new car since Nov. of 2013. I'm an Auto Transport Truck Driver who delivers new Nissans to the 11 western states. I deci I've been in the market for a new car since Nov. of 2013. I'm an Auto Transport Truck Driver who delivers new Nissans to the 11 western states. I decided that my new car of choice would be a 2014 370 Z, back in Nov. when I made a delivery to a dealership in the Salt Lake City area. One of the Sales Consultants there said that they would be able to get me the car, so I gave them a shot at the end of March this year. Long story short...10 days after running my credit/processing the deal... I still had no car! Out of frustration I decided to reach out to one of the local dealers (Fontana Nissan) to see if they could deliver the goods, and in 1 day the deal was closed!! You hear me? CLOSED! I was very excited! I could've drove away in a brand new 370 Z that evening, but because I was inflexible about the color I had to wait several days for it to show up. When it was all said and done, and with all conditions met, I drove away in my brand new Z on 4/10/2014. Now I'm happier than a pig in you know what! I thank the Lord for giving me the desires of my heart at his speed, thank Eric, Alexsa, and Phil for being such a great team in handling my deal. Also, I'd like to thank Bob, as well as Chris in Finance. I'm very happy, and would recommend anyone in the market to buy a car @ Fontana Nissan! More

Pleasant experience From the time I step onto the lot, the attmosphere was very pleasant. I was immediately welcomed by Alonso and he was very friendly and genuine. I was never passed off to someone else. I truley received personal attention. I got a great car at a great price. I also puchased an optional accessory and it was installed the very next day. I love that I didn't have to wait for the part to be ordered and arrive. Michael in the service department also provided excellent service. This is a top notch dealership. I visited the Nissan dealership to purchase a vehicle. I was promptly met by Franklin Nunez. He had a very likeable and ambitious personality. You could tell that his aim was to please, and that he wanted y was promptly met by Franklin Nunez. He had a very likeable and ambitious personality. You could tell that his aim was to please, and that he wanted you to leave the dealership satisfied. He worked with me and my budget. He showed me a plethora of different cars until we found something that I was satisfied with. I did not feel rushed or sense any agitation from Franklin Nunez when it came to finding the perfect car. I had the feeling that it was just as important to him as it was to me. He treated me and my family with great respect, and made us all feel equally welcomed. We worked with him for about 9 hours (like I said, I was trying to find the perfect car for me) and not once did he lose his professional manner and warm hospitality. When I finally did purchase the car, he was there to greet me with a warm smile and my keys. He even washed my moms car before we pulled off the lot. Needless to say, I would DEFINITELY refer Franklin Nunez at Fontana Nissan to ALL of my family and friends...even strangers!
