Our overall experience at Fontana Nissan was amazing! From the minute we arrived until we left we encountered some of the best people we have dealt with when purchasing a car. First, we were greeded by sale consultant, Steven Lopez. He introduced himself and began asking questions about what kind of car we were looking for. Our plan was to look around, we wanted to trait in a 2006 Altima for a newer model with more room. Steve was not pushy, but instead, he was very courteous. He called us by name and showed us some possible vechicles. He also told us he was new to the businees and will do anything to try to answer any questions we had. That kind of honesty was something we had never experienced before. We were very impressed! Soon after, Frank Bachman [General Manager] came to greet us. This gesture made my husband and I feel very important and special. While looking at different vehicles available we came across a Murano 2012. This was the type of car we were hoping to purchase if affordable. The price was right so we decided to go to the process of qualification. During this process we were introduced to two excellent representatives of Nissan, First Al and then Barry. Al did a super job of laying out all of the posibilities and gathering our imformation ect... He was patient and very professional. Later, we meet Barry who earnestly did everything to get the payment we could afford without intimidation or pressure. At the end, we meet Richard Padilla, Once more we were greeded with a smile. Richard was very straight forward and explained every single process of the contract. We left feeling we completly understood all portions of this difficult process. Thank you Fontana Nissan, we will make sure that we recommend your establishment without any hesitation to all of our family members and friends! PS. Great job detail deparment! This was my first time dealing with your Service Department. I had purchased a used Quest. Well, our rear view mirror fell off. I called the service department to have the mirror fixed. When arriving, Katelin Southern Service Consultant greeted with professionalism, she took down my concerns regarding our Quest. While waiting for the shuttle. Spoke to Syed Haider about seatbelt extension & he took care of me. Little things like that can make a different between good & excellence service. It was our first time visiting Nissan of Fontana. The facility was clean, and everyone was so polite. Doors were held open for us. We shopped for a replacement vehicle for about 3 weeks both online and in person at various dealerships in a 1 - 2 hour radius from our home. I feel we got the best price for an economy all wheel drive v both online and in person at various dealerships in a 1 - 2 hour radius from our home. I feel we got the best price for an economy all wheel drive vehicle at this dealership. The sales staff were helpful, well-informed, friendly and enthusiastic, but not overly pushy. Also, the processing of our credit application and the purchase process in general was the quickest and most painless we have ever experienced. I was genuinely shocked at how soon the whole process was completed. I took the vehicle back for some (included in sales price) detailing/finish a few days after the purchase and experienced courtesy and friendliness from the service staff as well. More
