I was shopping for a car for about a week and had no luck and with my credit being as bad as it is I was starting to get frustrated with the whole process. The minute I submitted my online request, I got a c and with my credit being as bad as it is I was starting to get frustrated with the whole process. The minute I submitted my online request, I got a call from Joseph to come down and just see what they could do for me. When I got there I was greeted at the door by a smiling face and Joseph was busy with another customer but set me up with Max who was very knowledgeable and an actual gentleman! He opened the door to the car for me, was always offering me water or coffee and was a pleasure to speak with. I felt bad keeping him for so long but once the Finance department came back for maybe the fifth time and we sealed the deal I felt better. He along with Marlon kept saying it was not a problem and their job to sit with me and make sure I was happy, bonus points there and I nicknamed them "Team Awesome".
