I had the most amazing experience buying my juke SL on my own! I initially went to Universal and had a horrible experience and almost gave up on Nissan. After speaking with Michael over the phone he agreed that if I purchased a car from them I could have them drive my rental car back to my home. (an hour drive) SUPER Big Plus! I went down to Fontana Nissan not feeling confident that I would get the Juke SL I wanted because of my UCN experience and my credit. I must admit it was like a tv commercial or the truman show! When I walked in I was greeted warmly and offered a beverage and freshly made popcorn! I wasn't bombarded by a million salesmen like at UCN which scared the crap out of me. My salesman was Sam Fanous who has excellent knowledge of the Juke and he patiently explain all the juke 2012 features. We even tested the oh so cool phone through the speakers. When waiting for my credit to be approved they sat with me the entire time and made me feel like I was part of a family and not a number. I was nervous because my credit was not so good. But Dave & Syed worked out everything and kept checking with me to see affordable options of monthly payments. It would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a nissan to drive to Fontana! Its far but well worth your time! More
