I went in for sevice on my nissan altima 2007. while waiting i was asked by a sales rep, (leon) if i would like some coffe or popcorn. while waiting for my car. So we started talking and i started to look at the great atomasfer there. we started talking about the new altimas. he was very knowlageble on nissans anwered all my quistion's and now i started to get more intrested. So i asked to let me see what they had outside. And it was raining like crazy outside that day they gave me and my fiance an umbrella each and we started to look. the more i looked the more i was intrested. Now i had my eyes on a 2012 Altima 20th edition with blue tooth,fog lampes just to name a few. So to make A very long story short lean was nice enough to inform me that he had a prior appointment. and i said it was fine to take care of what he needed to do. So he He introduced us to Albert another great sales rep by the way. And he fully gave us his full attention. So i said i wanted to look at a dark grey altima and i did not see one. He said wait just one minute ran outside in the rain went out back to there full range of inventory and came up front and said here it is. And at that point After looking at the car i sai lets talk about my trade in and lets talk about a price and monthly payments. First of all i received a good price for my trade in. Now what was monthly payments on the new car. Becaouse my mind was set at one monthly payment that i could afford. Well let me say this the managment team there was great. We did go back and forth for a while. And they did there best to meet my max. and at the end it was meet and the deal was done. So then Albert and Leon congratulated me and my fiance. And i said no thank you. It was a great experiance. Albert took us out side showed us every little detail about the car. He was very knowlageble on the whole entire working's on the car. He set up our blue tooth for us. we went to finance another great experiance. Sighned away. the car is our's. No regrets. So to who ever is reading this i do recomend Fontana Nissan. If you are looking for a car try them first you also will be happy. ask for Albert or Leon. Tell them Jesse sent you. I'm recomending Fontana Nissan to all my Family members and Friends. came in looking for a used truck. Had spoke to lisa over the phone first and when I got there she was busy so a very nice man named Phil Jimenez helped us out. On March 4th - the Fontana team - Frank Bachman, Mike (owner) Aleksa Davis and Syed Haider were fantastic! I was thrilled to see Frank - the GM who sold me previous Nissan at another dealership, was now (owner) Aleksa Davis and Syed Haider were fantastic! Aleksa was the first female Sales consultant I've ever had and she answered all my questions and explained all the details of the car. She went the extra mile and found the exact-not my second choice-car that I wanted. I have had my new Black Amethyst Rouge with gray leather interior and Moon Roof)for 7 days. Frank and Syed worked well with my husband and I (mostly my husband who 'loves' to negotiate)to obtain a good price on the trade in of my 2005 Murano, and the the price of the 2012 Rouge. I was so impressed with the service, that I returned on 3/11 to purchase the Pulse system, customized Rouge floor mats, and a lRouge icence plate holder. The Sales and Service Department greeted me and took care of all my needs. Aleksa spent time explaining the Navication system and other controls. I went to West Covina Nissan originally since my father got a car for me there. Went there in hopes to get a better car since they gave me a piece of crap. Long story short I left there pissed!! Not only did I not get what I was looking for, but their customer service was HORRIBLE! They laughed in my face for even trying to get a car to begin with. My best friend in the end convinced me to go to Fontana Nissan and Aleksa was the first one to greet me. She was able to explain to me every detail in the Altima that the West Covina NEVER even tried to explain to me. Although I didn't get the car 8 months ago I knew regardless I would be going back to Fontana Nissan. Well, I did and asked for Aleksa. She was ABSOLUTELY amazing. Friendly, informative, and patient with me. I walked out with a 2012 Versa and I'm extremely happy with my purchase as a first time buyer. HANDS DOWN, I will recommend all my friends and family to go there. Aleksa is the best and my best friends family will be coming soon to her. :) More
