I came to this dealer a little less than a month ago. When I stepped out of my vehicle, Nestor was there to greet me at the door. Nestor and Barry accompanied me through this ordeal, and also were exceptionally polite, patient, gave me room to think, and did not get pushy as I meticulously weighed my options. Negotiations on the 370Z I was interested in took up the latter part of the day, and while the price I settled on was satisfactory yet not what I was ultimately looking for, Nestor and Barry made every effort to work with me and listened to me as a customer and a human. After having settled on a price after three or so hours, they even offered for me to have lunch with them. While waiting for financing, Nestor introduced me to many of the staff, which all were extremely friendly and accommodating. If that didn't provide enough relief from all the discussion that transpired that day, Nestor quite literally went the extra mile and drove me all the way out to Hawthorne to obtain a co-signer signature. No charge, and no hassle for my co-signer to travel all the way to the dealership! At the end of the day, I turned in my paperwork, was handed my key, and seen off the lot, satisfied. After my experience here, I would have to comment that Fontana Nissan has a superior staff to other dealers. They will be there for you when you need something, and unlike other dealers, that commitment does not end once you sign the papers. Nestor and Barry in particular gave it their all to provide for my satisfaction, and they have done a job that is no less than exceptional. More

Hello, This is our 2nd new car purchase at Fontana Nissan within the last year and our going back to them for our 2nd car was completely justified by the top quality experience we enjoyed this time ar Nissan within the last year and our going back to them for our 2nd car was completely justified by the top quality experience we enjoyed this time around. Orlando was our sales agent who took his time, was informative and knowledgeable. Sayed helped us work out the details of our trade in, our down payment and our monthly payments with an easy attitude, low pressure and the confidence that he could make the deal work to our satisfaction. Steve came by several times to make sure things were working out the way we needed them to and assure us that everything that could be done would be done in order to make us happy. I dont remember our finance managers name but he was very nice, efficient and got us in and out of finance as quickly as possible. Thank you AGAIN for a great car buying experience!
