The one thing I would like and this doesn't pertain directly to Todd, listen to your customers decisions and try not to push at all. I came in the first time and said I wasn't going to purchase just yet and I felt pushed into making a move that day. So just listening to your customer a little better. This didn't ruin my experience at all. I still enjoyed it and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. More
