Worst buying expierience ever! Purchased a used car this evening after putting money down and signing loan docs. Drove less than five miles and the car died. It will start but wont Purchased a used car this evening after putting money down and signing loan docs. Drove less than five miles and the car died. It will start but wont keep an idle and shuts off. I called the dealership I just left and they sent a tow truck to pick it up. When I requested help with transportation i was told to pound sand. Nothing can be done until Monday morning. Kind of amazing you can sell me something but you could care less about me . The fact that I gave you all my cash and now have no,transportation is met with "well it happens". The appathey was just shocking oh well ya know these things happen. The fact that I have no vehicle to drive dosent matter. The only answer Kevin gave was on Monday we will give you your money back and part ways. Ford country had no intention to make it right or give me my money back . Absolutly the worst buying expierence ever! More

Warranty Repair Work Bought a 2005 Mustang GT from them 2 years ago used.. great shape, took out the 2 year extended warranty... took my car in to get serviced regularly t Bought a 2005 Mustang GT from them 2 years ago used.. great shape, took out the 2 year extended warranty... took my car in to get serviced regularly there, paying more of course.. from the beginning a SEAP in transmission.. but was told not to worry... when I made an warranty appointment 3 weeks ago after coming in on a Saturday at 8am they said I had a Transmission Seal leak.. not a gasket.. told me they would need it 3 days.. said I couldn't leave it then I would make an warranty appointment again, I did but they were booked until today oct 14th which i made my appointment, 7am.. paid for a rental car with Budget(in the dealership).. when i dropped off my car i was told my Warranty EXPIRED the 11th! they couldn't do anything about it... it would have been nice if someone had told me it expired on the 11th as i would have brought it in then? but then again, how could i as they didn't have any openings with this sought after transmission guy... so I was basically screwed at that point... its funny how they also had Offered to do my clutch CHEAP once they got everything taken out to repair the seal, at $1500!!! that's Cheap! I got estimates at $700 to replace it from the get go... so now will wait to fix the seal when i get my clutch replaced, luckily the Seal isn't leaking bad... and can wait.... More
