Love my new (to me) Explorer! This is the second car I bought from Ford Country, my first was a 2008 Mustang (my favorite car!). Now that I have three grandchildren, one a new born This is the second car I bought from Ford Country, my first was a 2008 Mustang (my favorite car!). Now that I have three grandchildren, one a new born, I need a bigger car. I looked at the Edge, Flex and the Explorer. I ended up getting the Explorer (2014) It has every bell and whistle in it! I love it! I won't need a new car for a long time! The people at Ford Country are very nice and helpful. I will recommend them to anyone who wants to by a car. My daughter and her husband also bought a car from Ford Country about six months ago and also had a great experience. I think I got a pretty good deal, and I'm very happy with my car and experience! Roy and Ed were great to work with, super nice guys! Thank you for everything! More

Especially our salesperson Sherri Anderson and finance manager Kelly Henderson. Because of their great customer service and professionalism we have just purchased our second vehicle from them in the last two weeks. Not only have they worked very hard to get the best deal for us, they also listened to us. We recommended them to one of our daughters and they also purchased a new vehicle from Sherri and Kelly last week. Caring, honest and professional salespeople/finance managers deserve to be recognized for their efforts in a world of deceit and lies. More

Great experience This is our 3 rd Ford and we finally "got it right"..... I am handicapped walk with Cane and use a mobility scooter.........Sherrie Anderson did such This is our 3 rd Ford and we finally "got it right"..... I am handicapped walk with Cane and use a mobility scooter.........Sherrie Anderson did such a wonderful job listening to our wants and specific needs in buying the exact car that is perfect for us.......the Tansit Conduct Van is wonderful! It is very roomy with a large area for your feet and legs......we love the comfortable, roomy leather seats......We love the wide visibility, the ease in which I can sit down and get up from the car........we love the " airy open feeling".........the large visitors ( for blocking the sun).... Which is a must when you live in Las Vegas.......also my scooter fits nicely in the back....and because it is lower to the ground, much easier for my husband to load and unload. I don't understand why we don't see more of these on the road.......a great choice for anyone who is physically handicapped! Sherrie is a really super, kind and caring sales person.....she goes over and beyond what the average sales person does.........we hope you value her as employee............we think she deserves a raise!
