I asked the rep to take my truck to someone that could install the tie down brackets that I received when I bought the truck new. He said he would. I asked him about it when I picked up the truck and it w install the tie down brackets that I received when I bought the truck new. He said he would. I asked him about it when I picked up the truck and it was like a deer in the headlights. He had no idea what I was talking about. Now I have to schedule another appointment to have that done. Not happy about that. More

My sales representative, Dejan Zoric, has been extremely helpful through the whole process of ordering and receiving my new 2022 Maverick. I definitely feel that great customer service is his goal, and he helpful through the whole process of ordering and receiving my new 2022 Maverick. I definitely feel that great customer service is his goal, and he exceeds great in every aspect. Dejan was particularly helpful in showing me all of the features available to me in my new Maverick. Got me right in and Gauden told me March 23rd and then found me a March 7th . So I asked them what am I supposed to do and they told me as long as my check engine light is orange I could keep driving my c found me a March 7th . I didn’t care for that response too much I’ll only be taking my truck to Ford Contry from now on. More

Told 1.5 to 1.75 hrs to do service. Took 2.5 hrs. Tech or driver left their water bottle in car. Driver asked if I wanted the dripping wet car they washed dried off??? Told him to never mind as I was over .5 driver left their water bottle in car. Driver asked if I wanted the dripping wet car they washed dried off??? Told him to never mind as I was over .5 hrs late now for my next appt. Wouldn’t be so bad, but I specifically asked how long this would take as I had other commitments. Not happy!!! More
