Purchase Experience Generally, my overall experience was good. Purchase price on the used F150 was agreed upon quickly. However, I then had to wait for over one hour to Generally, my overall experience was good. Purchase price on the used F150 was agreed upon quickly. However, I then had to wait for over one hour to see the finance person. That long of a wait seems unreasonable to me. After a couple of days of ownership, I discovered that one of the key fob remotes did not work - even with new batteries. In addition, I was unable to find the door access code for the remote entry feature. I contacted my salesman John Macinnis who immediately said he would take care of it when I came in to pick up my "green slip" True to his word, when I arrived a few days later he provided me with a replacement key fob and the door code in a matter of minutes.
