We drove on to the lot to look at the Ford Explorer Limited. We were greeted instantly, but not with a high pressure sales pitch, just a nice guy. We test drove the 2013 Ford Explorer Limited and learn Limited. We were greeted instantly, but not with a high pressure sales pitch, just a nice guy. We test drove the 2013 Ford Explorer Limited and learned about everything that it came with, had all of our questions answered, and not having the 2014 right on the lot, they drove us to the inventory lot and showed us what was in stock. We left Ford and went to Toyota to test drive the Hylander. Our sales experience there was awful!! We went back to Ford that night to see the Explorer one more time. The next day my husband and Scott Gilmore from Ford Country put the deal together and we went down and signed all the papers. It really was effortless, with everything ready for us to sign. Scott spent 2 hours with us showing us everything that our new car could do, gave us his cell number in case we forget how to use the 100's of features on our new SUV, which we completely LOVE!! I would recommend Ford Country and Scott Gilmore to anyone wanting a great car buying experience. Honestly, this was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had...thank you Scott! More
My car was leaking a great deal of oil. I was the first in line at the service center at 7a.m. It opened at 8 a.m. Mike from office #2 told me that I needed to pull around to the end of the line in the in line at the service center at 7a.m. It opened at 8 a.m. Mike from office #2 told me that I needed to pull around to the end of the line in the "Quick Lube" area... I explained... that I was the FIRST in line and my car was LEAKING. He said in a smug and cheesy smile, "sorry"! I went to the end of the "Quick Lube" line. There were 11 cars in front of me. I was received by a very nice lady named Kirsten Neill. She tried to make the situation better, however, I was already so frustrated with how Mike treated me. Next, I walked into the waiting room and explained my situation with the service manager on duty. He said he would check into it. I got to watch the entire waiting room filled with people and after 2 1/2 hours it was just ME left in there.... Please let Mike in office #2 know that It was NOT a QUICK LUBE problem. At 10:00 a.m. I was notified that the oil filter adaptor gasket needed replaced. I was quoted $366. At 10:30 a.m I was called to pay. My total was $448.90. I questioned why it was so much MORE than the quoted price and they said, well we gave you a free oil change. The quote and the total price were very far off. Sadly, this is the second poor experience our family has had with your dealership. The first one they charged us for a 60,000 mile tune-up and never did any of the necessary fluid changes or top offs .... We paid over $800 that time. I had to call and complain about that... Again they threw in an oil change. A manager contacted me and later sent me a credit for $200. We decided to give this dealership another try for our current situation. My husband and I are in the market for 2 new cars. We are in our 30's and have 2 young children. That is four people that have been completely affected by your poor customer service. The FORD reputation has been ruined in our household. We will never purchase another FORD product again. Please take your FREE OIL changes. Your attention should be on the customer service and honesty. More

My husband and I visited 2 other dealerships before going to Ford Country. At the first dealership we were helped by a fellow who seemed to be in the wrong profession, then at the second dealership we got t to Ford Country. At the first dealership we were helped by a fellow who seemed to be in the wrong profession, then at the second dealership we got the old fashioned hard-sell approach, which really did not set well with either of us. As a last resort we tried Ford Country in Henderson, NV. We were greeted by a friendly helpful salesperson who had all the time and patience in the world. Patience was necessary as I haven't purchased a new car since 1980 and my husband, who is 62 years old, has NEVER bought a new car! Ceasar Gonzalez truly made our new car buying experience unique. He knew exactly what we wanted, even when we didn't. He went the extra mile. He found THE car for us and he put us in it. Ceasar sold us on Ford Country and we love our new Escape!! More
We were searching for a new 2014 GT500 Mustang. We checked dealerships in Minnesota where we currently live, and nearby Wisconsin. Also in Arizona and Nevada, where we found Brian Grinn and Ford Coun checked dealerships in Minnesota where we currently live, and nearby Wisconsin. Also in Arizona and Nevada, where we found Brian Grinn and Ford Country. Prices up north were way too high, so we focused our attention on the Arizona and Nevada dealerships, which were all quite competitive. The Arizona dealer came in with the same price for the new car and actually offered me $400 more for my trade, however Ford Country turns out to be within 2 miles of our Henderson NV home so we went with them. Sooooo glad we did. Brian Grinn was such a huge help. Not just in the purchase of this car, halfway across the country, but ESPECIALLY in his service AFTER the sale. First, since this was a factory order car, he gave us weekly updates on the progress of the car as it entered the manufacturing process, expected date of completion, actual date the car came off the line, and expected date of arrival in Henderson. The cross country trip took a little over 2 weeks and he told us the towns the car was in as it traveled along, which I found very interesting. Following delivery of the car, we wanted some aftermarket parts installed on it and he worked everything out with the folks right there in his store. Any, and I mean ANY questions or problems we had, Brian was just an eMail or phone call away. Yes, we would HIGHLY recommend both Brian Grinn and Ford Country in Henderson Nevada for your next vehicle purchase. ((( And no, we are not related to him or know him in any respect other than the purchase of this vehicle. ))) But don't take our word for it. Even after the first finance offer was signed so I could take delivery of my new car, he pursued additional funding options and got me a much better loan package. He continues to help me after the purchase was completed with questions, information about the vehicle operations, and general assistance. I referred my fiance to Dan who also worked tirelessly to secure another new Ford vehicle for Jeff, again providing excellent customer service. And I did buy that day, because it was the easiest one stop shopping I had ever experienced, and this was the third car I have bought from Ford Country. He was a great go between for making this transaction a hassle free and enjoyable experience. His follow up after the sale did not diminish. He called making sure that the vehicle meet the dealerships customer satisfaction. His demeaner was one of letting the customer drive the deal instead of high handed tactics. There was no pressure to take it or leave it attitude. His friendlyness was a pleasure to work with in my purchase. I called Dan before I came in and he explained what I would need to bring in to buy a car. I knew what I could afford to pay and Dan made it all easy. He did not pressure me and handled everything from the time I entered the dealership until he handed me the keys.
