Ford Country

It was a pleasure going to Ford Country for our new vehicle. It was even more of a pleasure working with our salesman,Robert Badenhop. The look and overall atmosphere of the Showroom was clean, shiny and very "eye friendly". Our salesman, Robert Badenhop, was referred to us and I am so glad he was. He was wonderful to work with...we never felt pressured or pushed into any purchase or decision. When he greeted us, he was very friendly, and sincere in finding the vehicle that was just right for us. At first, we were not truly sure what kind of new vehicle we were in the market for, so Rob took his time and was truly patient in showing us different models until we finally chose the one that was just right for our lifestyle and affordability...the FORD EDGE LIMITED! I love my new car! It offers more than I could have ever imagined. Finance Manager, Sam Margolis, was also very nice and helpful in explaining and answering any questions we had regarding our financing and warranties. He showed us different packages for the warranties and what best might suit us. More

Still have issues with your finance department. This trip, they miscalculated the pay-off on my trade in and had the salesman call and ask for more money. Dennis and I had a very pleasant experience with Ford Country that we now consider ourselves Ford loyalists. Daniel Jones was very courteous and really worked with us. We did not go around looking at something else (settling for another vehicle). He gave me the exact specification that I asked for to test drive - interior and exterior color, etc. He has no control over the pricing but we're fine with that which is why I rated Pricing as OK. Overall experience = Very Good. Will I recommend Dan Jones and Ford Country to friends and family? Definitely! Dan is not aggressive, which is what we like about the experience. We don't want a salesperson who is so eager to make a sale that he only hears half of what we say. More
