My Business With Ford County Began I Believe In 1997. I Went To This Dealership Primarily For Service On Various Ford Models That I Had Not Purchased From Them. They Always Serviced All My Vehicles As If I Had Purchased Them From Ford Country. The Models I Owned And Still Own Were A 1994 Thunderbird. A 1997 Ranger XLT Extended. A 2001 F150 4x4 Crew. Then One Day My F150 Was Being Serviced. This Was 2005. They Had A 2005 Mustang GT Brand New And On The Lot. I Immediately Wanted To Buy It. And I Did. I Never Have Had A Dealer Ship Make Purchasing A Vehicle So Easy. My Credit Was Bad. My Deposit Was Low. My Interest Was What I Deserved And My Monthly Payment Very Affordable. I Have A Very Long History Of Being Loyal To Ford. There Are Dealerships Who Know Me And My Family Very Well. My Credit Has Never Been An Issue With Ford Credit. Because I Have Never Let Down Ford Credit. So When Certain South West Florida DealerShip(s) Find Out That I Am Planning To Buy A 2012 Super Snake Shelby From Ford Country Of Henderson NV, They Are Going To Very Disappointed In Me. My Family Business Has Purchased Many Fords For Citrus Industry Agriculture. I Never Forgot The Way I Was Treated And The Absolute Incredible Ease That Ford Country Allowed Me In Order To Purchase A High End 2005 Mustang GT. And Ford Country Did Not Know Me From Squat. I Have Lived In Las Vegas For Many Years. There Is An Atmosphere From This Dealership's Owners And Sales In Conjunction With A No BS Attitude To Sell Cars. Later minor problems handled by Chris Tellinger, extremely friendly, courteous and very, very helpful. He made me feel important. The purchase took the expected relatively long time, but we were made to feel we weren't being ignored and were treated to a free lunch which was a greatly appreciated. We went to Ford Country because we needed to replace our car asap. We had money down and was looking at getting a family car. the phone sales man said that they could get us a good deal because of my employ car asap. We picked one and they got the paperwork started. We where there about 3 hours when the manager let us take the car home we really like. The next day we had to return to finish the paperwork and get the second set of keys. This was after my hubby had just had out patient surgery. We got there only to have the manager tell us that they had sold the car we had taken home to someone else because they couldn't get our paperwork to go through on that car. This put us out of a vehicle completely. The credit manger told us that they had one car on the lot that we can get approved for. A 2005 PT cruiser that was 2000 more than the Honda that we had picked out. He said that we could get it with the 1000.00 down that we had put on the other car and that they would cover our first months insurance as part of the deal for the trouble. Well the insurance thing never happened. The credit manager got us approved with Chase finance with a 24% interest that he stated was standard. As first time car buyers we believed him. We found that after about 6 months of having the car that Chase was only requiring 18% interest. The credit agent that I talked to said that the dealership sets the interest rate to guarantee the loan. Thanks Ford Country. We also found that the car had been in an accident that the front drivers side was fixed and partially replaced. More

All the staff were wonderful and so patient and took the time to answer all my questions in detail, and then Sherry just automatically took time out of her day to make sure my cell phone sync'd up with the time to answer all my questions in detail, and then Sherry just automatically took time out of her day to make sure my cell phone sync'd up with the car and to show me all the controls. She was really great. Stefan worked hard to try and get me the best possible deal. He was a really nice salesfellow. I'm really really happy with my little Fiesta. I love every single thing about it, and driving is truly a joy. It's a beautiful car with lots of goodies, like blind spot mirrors-- great job, that is!!!--- and all my family are online and investigating the Fiesta also. They're impressed too, especially with the mileage and safety ratings. It's a well built car, and a great choice. I plan to always buy Ford from now on-- seriously. :) More

Could not get a new 4X4 but put me into a very nice used one. Bought a 2006 F-150 King Ranch with very low mileage. I swear the 4X4 was like new with warranty.
