Trying to deal with this dealership is a total waste of time. They treat you very poorly. After my bad experience I telephoned for the General Manager Brad Cambridge. You would think I was trying to reac time. They treat you very poorly. After my bad experience I telephoned for the General Manager Brad Cambridge. You would think I was trying to reach the Pope. I received several calls from lower level personnel and when I asked to speak to the GM for 5 minutes I was advised he was too busy. Yes, too busy to talk to a lowly customer. After waiting for a call back from Mr Cambridge for the last three days I give up. I went to another dealership and completed the deal within an hour. Now I must ask myself, why did I waste my time going to my local Henderson dealership Ford Country first??? Mr Ackerman, your dealership has gone to $%*+. More
