This is how it should be I was recommended by a friend to work with Carlos Escamilla. I had mentioned to Carlos prior to my arrival on the basics that I was looking for in a t I was recommended by a friend to work with Carlos Escamilla. I had mentioned to Carlos prior to my arrival on the basics that I was looking for in a truck. When I pulled up Carlos meet me with a warm smile and a firm hand shake. He walked me over to a truck that was already pulled up and ready to go. He took his time to explain all the components of the vehicle, made sure I understood everything and if I had any questions. From the moment I arrived until I drove off the lot in my new truck everything just clicked. I have little to zero patience when it comes to buying a vehicle from dealers. I can honestly say for the first time in my life, this was the best "experience" I've ever had when it came to buying a vehicle. This is how it should be when it comes to buying a vehicle. Best Car Shopping Experience EVER!!! I've bought several new cars in my life and this was by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had. From the moment that I stepped onto the I've bought several new cars in my life and this was by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had. From the moment that I stepped onto the lot the staff was friendly, informed, and honest. That is something that is hard to find most days in the auto sales industry. Sam Haki and Kevin Vanetta were straightforward and went above and beyond to make me happy in every way they could. There was no run around, no haggling, and no empty promises. The staff truly treats you like family and does everything they can to get you exactly what you want. I left with my new Mustang and a true appreciation for the car shopping experience that I received. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for a car, and I will be back the next time I am ready to purchase a car. More

Amazing Service I went to Ford Country about 2 years ago to look for a used car. I met with Carlos and Kevin Schwann originally and drove off the lot with a new lease I went to Ford Country about 2 years ago to look for a used car. I met with Carlos and Kevin Schwann originally and drove off the lot with a new leased car. Kevin and Carlos worked with me to get the payments as low as possible that was within my budget. Had a small concern with the car and eventually ended up speaking with Kevin Vanetta who was also amazing and fixed everything. I eventually traded in my Fiesta (that was leased) back in May for a new financed car. Again, Kevin Schwann was amazing and got me into a car I liked with pricing and interest that was very agreeable to me. I also have to say that the service dept is great. Micah is great to work with. If anytime I need service, I can call him directly and he will try his hardest to get me right in I am very impressed with everyone at Ford Country and will always recommend this place to anyone wanting to buy a car More
