Listen to the 1 star reviews. Buying the car is smooth but they say a lot of things they do not standby. Bought a used vehicle, over 100k miles so I was worried about any type of warranty. Told me they stand by their product and if anything happens shortly after purchase to bring it back and they’ll help out. The next day the car started making a whining noise. I called them, set up and appointment, showed up with the car whining and they said it’s “not detrimental” to the car and that I need to wait 30 days for my warranty to kick in. I waited 30 days, made an appointment. It took them 2 days to “diagnose it and send the claim request to the warranty company”. When I called the warranty company, they had not had any contact with the dealer and the dealer could not tell me what was wrong with the car. I cancelled the warranty on the spot with one of the GMs. It been a month since then, I called the warranty company and they said the dealer has not spoken to them and the warranty is still active. I now have to go through this whole process by myself as the dealer has been absolutely no help and only the owner can help with warranty cancellations. STAY FAR FAR AWAY More
This dealership totally sucks. THE MORONS IN THE PARTS DEPARTMENT ARE CLUELESS. The sales staff are all a few cards short of a full deck. I never write reviews, but I have to write one for Smithtown Ford. They did a good job doing the water pump on my truck for a warranty standpoint, but then they scratched the front of my truck which I Smithtown Ford. The guy was so rude to me at the service desk. Very unprofessional told me that I probably did it and accuse me of fraud. I’ve never seen the inside of a courtroom in my life and I’ve never sued anybody. More

The worst dealership ever I bought a few cars from them and two of them had a recall on the airbag which they never told me and fix it before they sold it to me . I found that out after my son got into an and two of them had a recall on the airbag which they never told me and fix it before they sold it to me . I found that out after my son got into an accident the airbags didn’t deploy. The second one had three accidents and they never said anything about it. They never gave me the CARFAX. When I ask them about the cars they said that it’s my problem now and there is nothing they can do . And the service is even worse if you own a ford they don’t give you a loaner only if you buy a Lincoln and some models. Never again anything from them . STAY AWAY AT ANY COST. More

This is the second major issue I had with my Bronco Sport. Today I spent 5 hours waiting for them to figure out what was wrong with my truck. They still do not know and they refused to provide me with a rental car. The service manager (Chris) was nasty and rude. They sent me away with no car and no way to get to work over the next few days. I bought my car at this dealership and had a good experience with the sales team but the service department is a different story. In my opinion this was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. So disappointed in the way I was treated today. Please avoid this dealership. More
This dealership is a joke. They have NO idea what they have in stock. They Markup literally every used car twice it's worth. Don't mention the NEW car markups. Literally like dealing with the mob, The sales manager is this young wannabe who thinks he can tell YOU what your paying. Oh and they think that you paying sticker is saving you money LMAO. Want to waste your time then go here. If you are serious about a car like I was then look at some other dealer, preferably out of the NY metro area because they are all arrogant clowns. They literally blew a cash immediate sale to fatten there wallet with inflated prices. More
