Was interested in a used car, made appointment to see the vehicle. Looked very different then the photos online, was surprised with the poor condition of the vehicle and how dirty they are inside and out. Sa vehicle. Salesman had poor attitude horrible at returning calls in a timely manner. Dealership claimed they couldn’t get me approved for a loan except for at one back with high interest rate. Took my business elsewhere where and was approved at the first bank the dealer submitted the deal to at 5.89%... not sure why this dealer said they couldn’t get me approved except for one bank at 19%. My advise is look else where. More

Worst experience we ever had with a service center. They are rude and BEYOND DISHONEST!! Look up more reviews, HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT they wouldn’t honor a recall. Less than satisfactory sales experience. Our salesman was helpful in finding the perfect F-150 Lariat for us. We received a reasonable amount for our 2017 Honda Ridgeline that we traded in. However we were railroaded during the next step with the credit manager. As usual, they want you to purchase the extended warranty which may or may not be necessary considering Ford trucks are supposed to be the best on the market. But then other things got lumped into the extended warranty like glass etching which he claimed would reduce our insurance (it doesn't). He was also very rude to my wife, constantly interrupting and speaking over her. When we got home I realized that none of the numbers on the credit application matched with our original sales quote or the final bill of sale. The lack of transparency was glaring. Also should mention that we were charged $25 for gas where many dealers give you a full tank with no charge. There are also no free oil changes or car washes at this dealership. More
