Basic Service I scheduled a service and wheel rotation. It was done very well and timely. I dropped off and was told the car would be ready around noon. By 12:30 I I scheduled a service and wheel rotation. It was done very well and timely. I dropped off and was told the car would be ready around noon. By 12:30 I got a call saying it would be ready and washed in 30 minutes. They cleaned the wheels, exterior, interior and washed the floor mats. I was very happy to get in the car and see it had a stering wheel cover, and seat cover for Covid protection. Thank you for doing what you said you would do! Great job. More

UNPROFESSIONAL AND AWFUL DEALER Ford Smithtown is the most unprofessional dealership where my experience was horrible! I went to lease a vehicle in 2018 where the staff tried to take Ford Smithtown is the most unprofessional dealership where my experience was horrible! I went to lease a vehicle in 2018 where the staff tried to take advantage of me. The salesman Darren started out ok. The Finance manager Matthew Riordan tried to overcharge me and talked to me like I was a clueless and helpless woman. Once he saw that I actually knew what I was talking about he continued to berate and bully me. In the end he had to rewrite the lease deal. No one including sales or management treated me with respect or did the right thing, When I tried to get management or the owner to answer emails and phone calls to rectify the situation they never got back to me. Terrible customer service. Now, about a year and a half later my car has a service issue. When I called to book a service appointment today I was told"The owner put a note in the system NOT to ever service my car" REALLY? Wow , so you can mistreat your customer and sell them a car and refuse to service it. Nothing like humans showing their true colors during a pandemic.. Run away from this dealer like your on fire, save yourself the aggravation and use someone else! More
