Nightmare Continues with Ford at Smithtown So according to fords parts dept we were supposed to receive the exhaust on 1/24. After not hearing from them, which is not unusual my husband decided So according to fords parts dept we were supposed to receive the exhaust on 1/24. After not hearing from them, which is not unusual my husband decided to take a trip down. No update, no service, he was told by the owners son "Your Wife Crushed us with her Review". So needless to say they told him we have no loaners, available in retaliation, everything short of we are done with you and your wife. So it appears we continue to make no progress with the folks at Ford Smithown. Really unfortunate! More

Ford in Smithtown was great when we purchased our 1st 2nd 3rd explorer. We just leased our 4th vehicle and it’s been a nightmare. Upon delivery the vehicle was hit. We brought it to fords attention as we ins 3rd explorer. We just leased our 4th vehicle and it’s been a nightmare. Upon delivery the vehicle was hit. We brought it to fords attention as we inspected the vehicle prior to driving off the lot. Next issue was the vehicle stalled on the expressesway after having it for 3 months a 2019. Next was hit on my way home from work. No fault of fords but as a customer for over 12 years they offered no assistance. Accident was on 11/18 to date I still do not have my vehicle because the entire exhaust was destroyed because I was hot in the rear and ford does not stock this part in inventory. Ford has been less than helpful in providing customer service. I will NEVER purchase from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Ford Corp has not been helpful either. More
