After visiting a number of dealers we entered in Ford Lincoln and met with Frank Russo. From our initial meeting our experience was more that just pleasant. It was the first time that we didn't feel the Lincoln and met with Frank Russo. From our initial meeting our experience was more that just pleasant. It was the first time that we didn't feel the "sales pressure" and actually enjoyed the experience. Frank was both very friendly and patient in going over everything the car had to offer. He worked to meet the budget we were working with and created a very relaxing atmosphere in what often times becomes a real pressure cooker. The car was ready for pick up when promised and Frank once again took his time in explaining the set up of the car and making the initial set up for us. The entire process was made simple and pleasant by all parties at Ford Smithtown and I would certainly put them at the top of my Dealership list! More

My family and i walked into the dealership looking for a new Fusion or a MKZ not knowing what the pricing on the cars where. i had a budget so i told them cheaper the better. well they showed me the fusion new Fusion or a MKZ not knowing what the pricing on the cars where. i had a budget so i told them cheaper the better. well they showed me the fusion great car by the way and then my new MKZ!! Long story short i went home with a beautiful MKZ the price of the car was dollars away from the Ford and i have a car that is loaded. I want to start this review by saying my salesman Rich was amazing. He helped me find the exact car that I wanted (and we searched up and down the east coast). Tried to tell me we went to the same school but couldn't name a single professor. Insisted I wasn't eligible for the college rebate until I had him check. Tried to sell me VIN etching twice and the extended warranty for $2600. Insane. I told him no. Then berated me and told me I didn't know what I was doing. Yeah sure. Don't buy ANYTHING extra, take the FoMoCo financing (+ rebates!) and refi as soon as you can. I did. Anthony's attitude alone cost the dealer a LOT of money. They make you sign the insurance transfers and change plates and when we went in the finance office everything looked good until the very last moment. Thats when they dropped the bomb shell. They told us it was hard for them to get a loan and the payment we were told we were going to get which was 468 a month was now over 600 a month. The salesman, Darren Mutone, was telling us something different than what the finance manager was telling us. I have bought many cars in my life but this was the worse experience i have ever had. I wouldnt reccomend a dog to this dealership. More
