The worst service department I have ever dealt with! Spent over 100k on two trucks in June. One had issues from day 1 that still haven't been fixed. Joe in service is the most unprofessional service advisor I've ever met. Never answers the phone never calls back and just plays games to get out of fixing the truck. When confronted about his lies he turned into a very nasty person. No customer should be treated the way I was. Stay away from the service at Smithtown Ford! Tom Paull from sales on the other hand is a stand up guy he tried to help resolve the issue but to no avail. Definitely will not be returning and suggest everyone stays away! More

Absolutely crooked. I reserved a bronco, went in to order, they told me they weren’t taking orders anymore and tried to Refund my deposit stating that my reservation was cancelled (June 2021). I cal order, they told me they weren’t taking orders anymore and tried to Refund my deposit stating that my reservation was cancelled (June 2021). I called Ford, they told me that, in fact, my reservation was not cancelled. I called the dealership back, they admitted it was still active and that I could have a completely different trim than I ordered, and at a $15k markup. Are you kidding me? Fortunately, Ford allowed me to transfer ny reservation to a legitimate dealership elsewhere. Long Island car salesmen are crooks, but this place is the worst of them all. Avoid like the plague.
