I never write reviews, but I have to write one for Smithtown Ford. They did a good job doing the water pump on my truck for a warranty standpoint, but then they scratched the front of my truck which I Smithtown Ford. The guy was so rude to me at the service desk. Very unprofessional told me that I probably did it and accuse me of fraud. I’ve never seen the inside of a courtroom in my life and I’ve never sued anybody. More
After dropping the car off for service, I received absolutely no communication from the Smithtown Ford service staff. I had to call a number if times until I finally received a call back with a vague absolutely no communication from the Smithtown Ford service staff. I had to call a number if times until I finally received a call back with a vague explanation. Finally, over a week later, I picked up my car and had the technician show me the work. I noticed the oil dipstick was broken. The technician immediately stated that "That's how it was when it came in." I know for a fact that it was not. They replaced the forward catalytic converter right below the dip stick (coincidence?). I returned on Monday to pick it up a replacement dipstick NOT OEM Lincoln. Very unhappy!!! More

Horrible experience with the receptionist who is responsible for scheduling service appointments. Incredibly incompetent and reflects exceptionally poorly on Smithtown Ford as a whole. The best service department I’ve ever done business with. They are always polite and pleasant, and very accommodating.
