They all have great attitudes, which is what you need when running a business. My experience was great, fast and very efficient. They are all very hard working, and extremely patient and understanding. They truly want you to get a good deal and be happy with your purchase. They want you to come back and tell them about your experience with your new car, they are very compassionate people (which is hard to find when trying to buy a car) Bill was excellent helping me find my perfect car and working tremendously hard at trying to get me a perfect deal! He new the product line and answered any questions we had, We took a test drive and discussed the difference in our old car and the new Fusion. The Technology in the Fusion is impressive. The engine I chose is the 2.5 with no turbo. I had already test drove last year the other two engines at a different dealership. We did own a 2007 Mercury Milan with a V6 so this Fusion is different in response, but not that bad either. More

I stopped in just to inquire and ended up purchasing the vehicle. The salmon, Rick, was very helpful and the sales manager was also involved in the sale. I also spoke to Mark Flammer, the owner, who told me to let him know if there was anything he could do to help. I feel I paid a little more then I wanted but the vehicle is worth the extra money. I would strongly recommend this dealership. More

With a long list of dealers to shop on our day, I tried one more chat in the morning before we left. Art answered that chat and he was great answering my questions quickly. I told him of my plans to visit several dealers and did not think I would get to see him during our trek across central FL. So, he asked if we would stop to see him or Nate first. Of all the internet chats, he was the only one who asked to be first, so my wife and I changed our plans and went to Flammer Ford first. Art was with a customer, so Nate took care of us - which was an understatement, he was awesome. Nate's service was top notch and kept us comfortable during the whole process. We were not sure of what vehicle to get, so we test drove a couple of models. The Ford Escape was perfect for our needs and comfort. So, we never did see any other dealer. Because the car was perfect and the service was outstanding, we now have a 2015 Ford Escape XLT. Quite frankly, there was no other reason to go anywhere else. My shopping experience with Nate at Flammer Ford was awesome. Did I mention that I hate car shopping/buying? Going to Flammer made the experience pleasant. Between Art, Nate and Mike, three cheers for Flammer Ford - Bravo!! More
