They can't explain why the car vibrates under 25 mph and it shouldn't do that, but they say nothing is wrong with it. An employee witnessed the drivers door locking with the keys in it, but the technician s it shouldn't do that, but they say nothing is wrong with it. Horrible experience AGAIN, learned my lesson this time and will not give them another opportunity to get me so upset. I did not rate my service advisor as he has always been wonderful in the past so I gue and will not give them another opportunity to get me so upset. With that being said I thought I could count on him but he let me down so noone left there for help. I am moving on. This causes a big inconvenience for me but it's better than being lied to and getting so upset that I shake. More
